Description: This position is a high paced, multi-faceted position working directly with customers via telephone, email, chat and social media sites. This position requires significant computer experience and problem solving abilities. Candidates must possess a proactive customer centric mindset. Specific Duties: • Provide customers with enjoyable customer experience. • Must be able to handle customer inquiries regarding problem orders, order ship dates, merchandise status, returns express, order changes and back order status and monitor various search methods in social networking to be proactive in responding to customers. • Must be able to multi-task incoming customer inquiries, phone orders, place mail orders, respond via email and chat and simultaneously move seamlessly between these communication channels. • Must be self-directed with minimal supervision and possess critical thinking skills to provide quick, efficient customer service with the goal of one contact resolution. • Must be very proficient on the web and understand the digital processes. • Must be able to navigate a variety of in house applications in multiple windows simultaneously to provide accurate resolution to customer inquiries. • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: • Must have previous customer service experience. • Some continuing education courses and Associates degree is a big plus. • Must be able to type 35 WPM. • Familiar with various web applications and social media sites (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogging, etc.) • Communicate in a professional, courteous manner via phone, email, chat and social media sites. • In house candidates must meet departmental performance standards for accuracy and output. ***Full time position available. Description: DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES: The Box Opening/Shrink Wrap position is an entry-level position. They are responsible for opening boxes of customer returns and shrink-wrapping into plastic merchandise, which has been processed. They work very closely with the Return Processing Specialist. They must ensure all paperwork i.e. letters from customers, personal checks for exchanges, and invoices are put neatly with the merchandise so the return can be processed in a timely accurate manner. Accuracy is a must in this position. LEVEL OF PHYSICAL EXERTION: Level 3 – Considerable Exertion – Continuous walking or standing, pushing or pulling, regular lifting: Weights up to 50 pounds.
Requirements: We currently have part-time positions available, approximately 20-25 hours per week. Flexible shift start time between 6:30am to 10:00am. SKILLS REQUIRED: Must have attention to detail. Must be able to move heavy carts of returned merchandise in a timely, efficient manner. Computer skills are recommended.
