This position is critical to the success of our projects and is required to deliver professional quality designs for use across our site and mobile platforms. UI Team members work full time from our Fort Collins Technology Campus and on occasion at our headquarters in Cheyenne, WY. User Interface and Interaction Design: • Help define project specs and business rules alongside team members and project stakeholders. • Brainstorm, iterate, and design innovative user interfaces that are focused on improving the user experience for our customers. • Wireframe, build interactive prototypes, and refine these ideas to solve various interaction challenges through user testing. • Work with, communicate, and deliver detailed design solutions to members of our software development team. Visual Design: • Create and deliver detailed graphics, icons and other assets for projects when necessary. • Provide polished, hi-fidelity mocks that adhere to our brand aesthetics and guide lines.

Description: Manage the daily operation of the Email, Chat, and Social Customer Communication function. Maintain 24/7 staffing in order to meet email, chat and social communication service objectives. Audit customer survey’s and monitor contact quality to insure concise, friendly and professional interactions that engage our customers. Motivate the department to project and reflect the “STP Image”, as well as showing an enthusiastic desire to give our customers the best possible service. Specific Duties: 1. Directly manage the supervisors and all email associates in the Cheyenne and Cody call centers. Encourage the necessary teamwork to meet the expectations in quality and service levels in contacting the customer 2. Analyze contact volume and review best practices of other companies in order to make recommendations for change. 3. Be a source of expertise on digital technology including smart phone functionality, mobile apps, tablets, etc. 4. Some basic HTML programming of templates in our email and chat platforms. Admin oversight and set up with in software platforms as well. 5. Ensure all employees are current in their responsibilities and extra duties. Offer extra duties to associates when available. Support cross functional assignment based on business requirements. 6. Maintain open lines of communication with other departments (web, marketing, buying, etc.). Set up meetings involving the email/web departments. Communicate any concerns, problems, suggestions to the appropriate departments 7. Evaluate and appraise the development of the supervisors and associates. Coach and develop the employees. Encourage and empower associates to provide “Great Customer Service”. Provide training based on needs assessments. 8. Ensure weekly schedules are adequate to cover the contact projections. The successful candidate will have an understanding of studio lighting techniques, HD video cameras and Adobe editing software. Knowledge of YouTube content management is also required. On-camera experience and professional writing experience are desired, but not required.
