this is a pretty basic sports bra. It was OK, but didn;t provide the support or comfort I was hoping for. I have difficulty with sports bras because ones designed to fit my size (32 DDD in regular bras) often for high impact and very stiff and tight (which one would need for high impact), but for less impactful sports, I would love a comfortable bra that doesn't squash you. Sadly, this didn't really but it for my size, but others may find it OK for their needs. The removeable pads are nice to add some coverage, but need to be removed for washing or they can clump up in there.
