    I stand on my feet all day and finding a steel-toed boot with a metatarsal guard that is comfortable and has fine insoles with support and cushion is very hard. John Deere boots have EVERYTHING that I need and WANT in a boot. They are the best work boots that I have ever owned. Thanks to my wife for getting them for me. Frank

    Although, the boot seems to have good construction, it is not sized properly. The 8.5W fits more like an 8. There is nothing wide about this boot in the toe, at all. Sending them back...

    These are really great boots, I love them. I have returned one pair due to the laces breaking, I was hoping that it was an isolated problem, but I have a brand new pair and within a week the laces broke again. I can't find a number to call for the manufacturer :(. I like the boots so much I don't want to return them so I plan to see if there is some way to fix the eyeletts.
