  • 2.0 out of 5 stars. Failed after 6 weeks on the job
Reviewed by Doug from Port Moody on Monday, April 27, 2015
Looked and fit great out of the box. That is the end of the positives.

Used for 6 weeks before the heels started to fall off. Son-in-law is a landscaper who rides machines like bobcats and backhoes for about 6 to 7 hours a day, jumping on and off at times where he is in a bit of dirt and mud. Not really taxing 'work' for 'work boots' and these did not last at all.

True to form, STP followed up immediately offering either an exchange {they said that they had NO returns on the boot previously and I believe them} or a refund or a credit.

As we still needed workboots, we ordered a different pair. We bought the wolverines. Also true to form, the customer service rep found me the same discount coupon that I used to order the original boots so I would not have to pay a lot out of pocket to switch brands.

Once again, I highly recommend the STP online experience. Just wish they had an outlet in Canada!!
