John Deere Wellington Boots - Waterproof, Leather (For Men)

I bought these to rotate with a pair of laceups. I look foreward to the slip on days.Comfortable out of the box, only needed 3 days break in.

Price was great so I ordered them. Advertised as extra-wide, but is not as wide as expected. I have big calves and short legs, so the uppers were too narrow for me and rubbed my legs raw. I solved it with extra-long socks & hope they'll get better after break-in. Hope to put them through the wet/muddy work ringer. Not a huge fan of the green welt, but a black magic marker solved that. Have worn them daily for two weeks now.

These are GREAT boots. Felt good as soon as my feet were in them. Wore them all day the first time. Very sturdy construction. Only negative,they are a little heavy. I would buy these agian and would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

GOOD WATERPROOF LEATHER

Purchased these for my husband who is tough on his work shoes. He likes them so far, seem durable, so we'll see if this holds out over time. Very stylish, thinking of getting him another pair for wearing as non-work shoes...Great price for quality!

I use these boots for barn chores. Everything from mucking stalls to hiking through the field to catch a horse. I imagine they'd be alright for short trail rides, too. They look great and feel great. For women who are looking to order, I typically wear a women's 8.5-9. I ordered these boots in the men's 7.5 and they feel great. The instructions indicate you will have minor heel slippage at first but that will correct itself. I'm very happy with these boots so far but will update if they let me down in some way.

I have wanted a pair of boots for---ever, these fit the bill. The sole is not for 2-steppin' though, these are work boots. They are comfortable right off. I got 9W, but could have bought 9M.

These are the most comfortable work boots I have had in many years. Even though I purchased Wide when I usually need regular width, they are excellent in the cold with slightly thick socks. My farm has a lot of running water. These boots are effectively waterproof. I ordered a second pair and would have ordered one more but the stock in my size was sold out. I did buy a different size as a gift for a friend who is a barn builder, after he coveted mine. It is not indicated on the website, but these are Dan Post boots with a John Deere logo.
