John Partridge Hooded Duffle Coat with Horn Toggles - Long (For Men)

I looked at this coat in long and short (the short is a jacket) as well as the Gloverall (another very nice option). This is a classic duffle coat without lining and looks like it will last for decades. In the two days I've had this, I've worn it in 20 F snowy weather with just a turtle neck and with a denim shirt. It was more than warm enough. I especially like the length and that I can button it up with my gloves on. A nice surprise were two interior pockets: a small velcro closure pocket to fit an MP3 player or phone and a zippered pocket. It's not as warm as my technical jackets and parkas, but that's not what I got it for. It's not a luxurious overcoat by any means, but that's not what I got it for either. It's a great every day, slightly dressy long coat that I will wear down to 0F (with appropriately warm clothing). In summary, a classic duffle coat at a great price. I'm very pleased.
