“Nice, lightweight material, cute cut, but seemed weird on me. I have very average build, not too curvacious, but the waist gapped, and the hips were tight. Definitely made to fit right at waist. It also doesn't flare out at the bottom much like the cut looks like it would. I think a no-curves person would love this skirt.”
