John Partridge Stanton Hooded Jacket (For Women)

It's a very good value for the discounted price. Ordered one size down, but it is still too big. Perhaps it will shink after a few washes.

I have long arms and broad shoulders, so usually have to go up a size (to XL) to find a coat that has sleeves long enough to give me full coverage. I took a chance on an "L" and though I marked sleeves as feeling true to length because it was close enough for me, it did not give me as much coverage as I would like in a foul weather coat. The coat seems bulky, but it's light in weight and an interior draw string helps give it some shape at the waist, which improves the fit. The hood is extremely large, but will protect a fancy hairdo. Price was a bargain!

I use this as a team jacket and it is true to color, which is important.

This jacket is huge, but I ordered it too large a size. It looks well made but reminds me of a raincoat from the 50's. Very dowdy and unattractive. Hideous green pea soup color. If you want a dowdy outdated raincoat that is not warm but well made, this is your baby.

Wow what a disappointment. First thing I noticed is that the light green is much nicer in person. It's a soft green, not too pastel or lime. The coat is really well-made with lots of designer details. I really wanted to like it, but the sizing is way off somehow. Although this is supposed to be made for a women, it fits more like a mans garment. The sleeeves are too long, the upper chest and shoulders quite loose, and the body too slim. Sadly, it was unwearable and I had to return it. Hope I get a chance to try another Partridge garment in the future....

Jacket was well made and stylish however it is shown as a bright light blue when in reality it's a very drab blue. Wasn't what I was looking for in a jacket.

light green color is really a light khaki and just what I wanted. Would buy jacket in dark blue or black if they ever had it in stock. A great jacket.

I brought the jacket for my wife and she loves it. It is very stylish and she wares it for both work and casual occasions. Highly recommended.

First, let me say that this coat is beautifully made, in Great Britain no less, and has very fine detailing. The problem for me is that it just isn't cut for my stature. It is rather large in the shoulders which makes the arms droop down-- I look like I am wearing someone else's jacket. However, it is so nice that I hated to send it back, and since I needed a birthday present for my daughter-in-law I will give it to her. She is taller than I am and it will probably look great on her.
