Johnston & Murphy Brennan Shoes - Oxfords (For Men)

Needed a new pair of shoes for brown belt days, these fit the bill perfectly. Very nice material, get a lot of compliments on them and you can't beat J&M shoes at Sierra pricing. They feel a hair big so maybe order a half size smaller if they have them, but with winter coming maybe wearing thicker socks anyway. Gave a 4 star because not sure of durability yet only had them a few weeks.

Purchased for my son to wear to work - he's 25 and goes business casual. The color though stated olive/sage is really a medium brown tone- not too green and not too dark brown. Will look good with black or brown or khaki slacks, even jeans. The dark sole looks good as well. A good purchase made online.

these are simply one of my favorite pairs and i will buy more johnston and murphy shoes. these are great. price was fantastic also.

I own over a dozen pairs of J&M shoes and only two with lousy fit (this pair being one of them). Perhaps the made in Brazil shoes are assembled on a different last? Also, there is a tiny knot used to tie off the stiching which rubs against my foot enough that I had to put a band aid there. Perhaps it will soften over time. It's a nice looking pair of shoes, and I took it out of the box and wore it immediately. Now I can't return it in good conscience. Maybe it's a quality control thing and you'll have better luck. The price is not too bad though.
