“Great shoes but huge”

“Bought these for my son, who needs dress shoes now that he's graduating. The minute they came out of the box I knew they were too big. He wears a 12, and these look like my dad's shoes, which are size 14. Sole to sole, these shoes are longer than my son's hiking shoes, which have soles that extend beyond the actual shoe portion at both the heel and toes! We are really disappointed, because these feel like they would be really comfortable, and would be great for someone young who doesn't really want to wear wing tips. If you can figure out the right size, I would recommend these, but can't because of the sizing.”
