Johnston & Murphy Mixon Tassel Dress Shoes - Crocodile-Embossed Loafers (For Men)

Have bought from you in the past and will by again. But that is one ugly and chaep looking pair of Johnson & Murphy shoe.

I've always liked this brand and this shoe fits like a glove, is comfortable, with very little break-in period. Understand, these are very shiny which is exactly what I wanted. Nice classic look.

I love good looking crocodile or alligator shoes. Naturally I am a little hesitant to wear the real ones for everyday wear. Croc-patterned shoes can be a fine alternative. The problem is that most, even from very reputable companies and manufacturers are either poorly made or are horribly embarrassing imitations of the real thing. I simply would not wear them. In desperation I ordered these. They are impeccable. Beautifully made, and THE best smooth (not hornback)crocodile I have ever seen. I challenge anyone to look at these and not be certain they are real. They have a high gloss, which makes them rather dressy looking, but at this price you can wear them very casually. Loved them so much I bought another pair. And strongly thought about buying yet another, but enough is enough. HIGHLY recommended.

I have found, that buying shoes on-line is difficult, because you can't try them on, but these Johnston-Murphy, fit like a glove, I have a wide foot, and these loafers look, and fit great.

These shoes are dressy enough to wear with a suit. I have worn with a pair of dress slacks. Buy in a wider size than you wear. I would have returned for a wider size but I added taps and wore once before I realized I had a real-problem.
