    I bought these for my wife as she has been wanting cashmere socks, but I knew she wasnt going to buy them for herself due to the cost. Then I found Sierra Trading Post and didn't really know what to expect, due to the low price. All I can say is THANK YOU! I am her hero once again and glad I ordered 2 pairs, she will be estatic when she sees the next pair. I give her a gift everyday for the 12 days before Christmas.

    I felt fortunate to find something like cashmere bed socks for two people who are hard to buy for. These are soft and perfect for lying under a blanket, reading a book during the Colorado winter, or for warming up feet before going to sleep at night. They are not the best for walking around the house; they will wear out too quickly. They are well made but they are not slippers.

    I only use these as bed socks, because I believe I'd have to hand wash them & I only have one pair. But bed socks are important to me. I have Raynaud's; my feet are always cold in the winter and these socks really are warm (and light, which was what I was looking for).

    This is a gift for my mum, so I can't really comment too much on the durability etc. The colours are beautiful, they are soft and thick and look very comfortable. I'm sure they're best suited for bed, since they are 100% cashmere, but that's what they're sold as "bed socks" and that's what they will be used as.
