Johnstons of Elgin Cashmere Gloves (For Women)

Wearing these cashmere gloves is a sensual experience. They are pretty, soft, warm, and pleasantly fragrant. They smell as though they were rinsed in lavender water. I am VERY sensitive to chemical fragrances, but this herbal fragrance does not cause any negative reaction. I hope they don't get dirty, because I would be sad to wash away the smell of Scotland. This is my first pair, and they do not fit my friends large hands. I have medium size 7.5 hands, and they fit me perfectly. I want to order more colors.

A lovely brand you can rely on for a tightly woven, toasty-warm, accessory. However, it is somewhat difficult to determine the right from the left glove; or the back and front of this product. Otherwise, they are quite nice.

Elegant, classy gloves

I wear these gloves to work and around town. I'm getting them in every color because they are lovely and not expensive.

Aside from the fact that this is mislabeled (no chance of using it for anything sport), a great product. Solid cashmere but can be worn with just about anything, from a peacoat to a nicer fleece. Not flashy, just luxurious. Stocking gifts for my wife and sister.

Bought a few pairs for gifts. Soft and pretty, but the sizes seemed very variable. Had to return one pair for long floppy fingers, and gave one pair to a pre-teen instead of an adult.

Very nice product for the price and lots of colors to choose from. I gave some as gifts and kept some for myself!

I bought these gloves for my sisters-in-law and me for Christmas and was very glad I did. When one of the sisters opened the gloves she said "oooooooooh, caaaaashmeeeere!" This is a very spartan-like person. These are lightweight, soft as can be, practical (hand washable) cashmere. Hardly seems like something soft as a cloud could be warm enough, but they are. We?ve had many weeks of very cold weather this fall/winter (around freezing at night, which is unusually cold), and this is just the answer to the problem.

Johnston's clothing is usually well made. These are seconds for sure.Nice color, poor fit.Knit is loose with small gaps in the knit.

Yes it does get cold in Southern CA. These gloves are perfect and cozy. I bought five pairs for my family and one pair for me. Love them.
