    Johnstons of Elgin is one of the premiere sources for quality cashmere. In general, most if not all Scottish cashmere is high quality, but Johnstons is reliably so. This is my second Johnstons of Elgin cashmere blanket from Sierra Trading Post. Cashmere has gone up since I brought the previous one, but that's to be expected I guess. This is a beautiful blanket, soft, snuggly, and luxurious. The pattern and colors are exquisite. I think anyone would be happy to own it. Of course, it's still summer, so I haven't tried it out, but I'm sure it will more than fulfill my desires and expectations.

    I've been longing for a cashmere blanket and got this one on sale. Incredibly soft and light, but made in Scotland with quality cashmere -- none of this cheap stuff for Johnstons. If I was a rich woman, I'd buy a dozen to give to friends, but for now, I'm in heaven wrapped in a blanket of cashmere clouds.
