These blankets are COLD WATER WASHABLE. Johnston of Elgin praises itself for manufacturing woolen goods since 1797. Do you think that they had dry cleaners back then? Although this blanket is not very thick, but it is very warm, and feel so soft to touch.
I have one on my couch and one in my car. It keep me warm all the time. I like them.
Also they are hard to find in store.
Hi - I ordered two throws but not this pattern. However, my computer screen gave a realistic image of the colors of the two I ordered. I am very happy with them and they got used a ton during our Thanksgiving family reunion in the NC mountains.
