Closeouts. No less than four luxury fibers (silk, wool, cashmere and linen) weave their way into this Johnstons of Elgin scarf -- softly fringed on all sides and dyed in subdued, wardrobe-pleasing neutrals.

Nice scarf, though; with careful inspection, you can see these are 2nds (at least to my eye). Some lifted stitches and light fraying, though still an attractive accessory; good for early Spring and Fall (not so much for full on winter months).

I was pleasantly surprised. I am always satisfied with Johnston's products, but I really love this scarf in particular. You would pay 3-4 times as much for scarf like this in a boutique in LA. The scarf looks great on, and is unique enough for me to feel comfortable. I will be able to wear it this fall and thru the winter and I am ordering the grey as well. Great scarf. Thank you Sierra Trading post. Now please bring back Piacenza sweaters and Sutor Mantellassi shoes.

Preferred the picture to the actual scarf. 4 luxurious materials woven together did not add up to feeling luxurious- it seemed somewhat scratchy. Nice neutral colors.
