“Good color. Yes, the clasp is heavy, and thank God. I destroy jewelry. I get it caught in my long hair and break necklaces all the time. The heavier backs on the earrings counter balance the size of the pearls and I have worn them alot and not lost one!!!!! This is a classic little set. Pearls work with almost anything.”
