    If man-made pearls can get 5 stars, these pearls do get all 5. I got my Joya de Majorca pearls in black and I'm very pleased with them. Since I just received them, I won't speak of durability but I'll attest to their attributes. The colour and shine are great and very realistic; the ones I got are called black and look very much like Tahitian pearls (no peacock undertones, etc.). They are appropriately heavy and that feels very nice. The clasp, made or rhodium – I don't know much about it, is sturdy and looks to be of good quality; it goes well with the design of this necklace. I compared this necklace to the one by Majorica and I'm happy to say that these black pearls are no second to Majorica. I'm happy I got this necklace and I'd gladly get another like it 40" long. If you are looking for nice quality Tahitian-like pearls you won't regret getting these.

    pearls go with everything. I have very expensive sets of pearls and think these are as nice as any. Price I paid is unbelievable for the quality.
