The color Aubergine is slightly coppery and so it blends beautifully with many other jewelry materials. It is the perfect earring for many of my necklaces that did not come with earrings. There are no negatives with these earrings.

When I opened the box and saw them, I had my doubts. But they look fabulous! - even on my quite petite ears. To my eye, they don't look overly large once you put them on. The color is beautiful, and I find these earrings extremely versatile. I own quite a few necklaces that were hard to match up with any earrings that I previously owned. But now, these earrings complete the look perfectly in many cases.
