Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

What a steal this top is. I wore it to one of New York City's most exclusive restaurants and received compliments from the "fancy ladies" sitting at nearby tables! It is metallic but not too much so, which makes it very sexy and pretty dressy. I might wear it on New Year's Eve at my friends' home.
