It has prominent shoulder pads that jut out like on an admiral's coat. Someone should alert the designer that this went out of fashion in the '80s ( and good riddance!) Further, though reviews suggest it runs small, I find it baggy to the point of frumpiness. Everything in my closet is a size 4, and fits me perfectly. This size 4 looks and feels like at least a size 8. I do love the color and the style, however, and considering I got it at a steal I am still debating whether to return it or take it to a tailor and have it sized down (considerably). Again, quite Disappointing.

Well made, beautifully tailored, excellent quality fabrics -- even the lining, where some manufacturers skimp. Perfect for that 30s weather when it's not quite cold enough for the heaviest winter coat, but you need something warmer than a jacket or pea coat.

The size four regurlar in this coat fits very snugly. I could not wear a blazer or heavy sweater under it. I am returning it for a 6.
