Jonathan Michael Club Collar Coat - Wool-Cashmere (For Women)

I plan to wear this coat for nights on the town Very classic look.

I love this coat and can't wait to give it more use this fall/winter. The high cashmere content gives the coat a great handfeel, and softer look. It also keeps it very lightweight without sacrificing warmth. I love the charcoal gray color- very versatile. The quality is great- a lot of cashmere blend coats have only 5 or 10% cashmere, you can really tell the difference here. I personally like the club collar style, it helps me keep my neck warm without adding a bulky scarf. If you are the type that likes to show off a winter scarf collection, you might prefer a more traditional shawl/wing collar design.

Coat feels very soft and warm. I would have liked the buttons to go down lower so it would stop the wind on my legs.

Such a beautiful cut that is really flatters your figure without a full belt. Bought a size 6 and it allows some room for a sweater without looking bulky. The material is soft and warm, just hope it wears well.

I thought this coat was more stylish from the picture than it actually was ..it is a nice black coat but nothing special. I would have liked it more if it were a bit more fitted. I was looking for something with a little more flare but it is a perfectly acceptable well made winter coat. I have other JM products and it does seem well made, but I returned it.

Weight of fabric was lightweight even for cashmere/wool blend. Collar was two different lengths. Took to a tailor and he felt the pattern had been cut too long on one side and no quality control to correct the error. Was going to cost $$$ to fix so returned it. [*] not equal to European or American made goods. Even absent of collar problem, coat was not worth the discounted cost in my opinion.

soft fabric-even though it's 60% wool,it isn't scratchy. The 40% cashmere is what you feel. It's lightweight for such a warm coat. Thrilled to have it for cold weather-rare in Texas, but great to have especially traveling north in the winter. Size appears to run slightly small but otherwise perfect

I bought the coat after it went on sale and ordered a size up based on previous reviews so that I could wear sweaters or jackets with it. It looks great and the material is beautiful but it is too thin for very cold conditions unless you wear it with a sweater. Considering the retail cost of the coat, it ought to be more substantial or come with a temperature rating.

It is soft, comfortable and warm. I would not pay over $800 for it but at the sale price of over [$] it is a good deal. I bought it to update my wardrobe. My other long coat was all wool and total '80s :)
