“Elegant coat”

“A classic, stylish coat that goes well on formal wear, or makes jeans look elegant. I am 5'4" and 150lbs - I have size 12P and am happy with that size. I have said it 'feels too large' because it is large, I think, for a 12P ... but this means I can wear a thick sweater under it if I wish, and if a light sweater then it is just a quite relaxed fit. Certainly STP advised it ran large and other customers reviews confirmed that. The coat is 47" (from top foldover of collar down to the hemline. The fabric is 100% cashmere and feels gorgeous, soft and light. It is not a thick fabric, and would not be sufficient for harsh winter weather. The thinness of the fabric means the flared 'skirt' of the coat holds creases that you can cause when sitting on it. The polyester lining looks like satin, not cheap or nasty. The buttons are plain and suit the simple elegance of the coat. The coat is well constructed and the buttons are sewn on well. I used a discount voucher and paid US [$]. I think it was a great purchase. I could easily imagine it with a retail price tag of US$800-900 (which I would never pay for a coat) but [$] seems a bit far-fetched.”
