    I got this for my daughter in a size 8 and it is at least one size too large. She loves it though and not available in a smaller size so we will "Make it work!". It's a beautiful coat and a great price!

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    After only a few wearings the fabric started to pill. It also attracts lint like a magnet so it is difficult to keep the coat's appearnace presentable. Buttons are poorly fastened as is the lining. Needless to say I am very disappointed and if I can find the receipt this coat will be returned. I have been generally pleased with most of my purchases from Sierra but this purchase is a big disappointment!

    This coat was not pure wool as described, and was more suited to early spring or late fall wear as it was not very warm. I live in a cold weather climate. Although it looked nice enough on me, the material began to loose its shape after only one wearing.

    It is a nice coat and I bought it to wear over business jackets. I'll be returning it because I found the stand up collar to be awkward. But the quality of the coat seems fine.
