“too big”

“I ordered these boots a size smaller than I usually would due to the comments I saw indicating that they run big. They are still too big! I still trying to decide if I should send them back or try an insert, but if I keep them it definitely can't be without an insert to take up some of the excess room. There also isn't really any arch support. So, an insert may help with that. I always wear Joseph Seibel shoes. So, I'm surprised by the oddities of this purchase...”
