Josef Seibel Glory Shoes (For Women)

I cannot believe how good these shoes have been for my job. I am 49 years old and I am a part time sales clerk so I am on my feet for about 20 hours a week in 5 hour shifts. I am supposed to get a 15 min. per shift break but there is never time so I NEVER sit down. I have worn these shoes for 2 1/2 years and I have not suffered the usual aches and pains that accompany standing and walking a great deal. Of course they did have to be broken in a bit but they have been the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I usually wear a 7 1/2 but I bought the 38 in this shoe.

I thought these shoes were beautiful. High quality leather and well made. When I first tried them on, I had to squeeze my foot in. I usually wear Birks, sandals or sheepskin boots. I was thinking maybe I was not used to wearing a "shoe", as this one is very nice. I took a few steps from my living room to the bedroom OUCH!! Where the leather bends at/or around the metatarsals, I felt like someone crunched my foot. I tried several times, same results. I'm NOT happy about putting them back in the box. They are beautiful I would keep them if I wouldn't need to walk in them. The inside seemed quite cushy.

These are cute, comfortable casual shoes thatI love to wear.

I returned the shoe. I would not have been able to break it in even if I had gotten another size because the leather was very stiff and hard.

The memory foam insole is unbeatable. These shoes are so wonderful I ordered a second pair for whenever the first pair wears out (which may be a long time). I wear these shoes almost daily.

I have other Joseph Seibel shoes and these are equally as great. The toe box is roomy and the style fits my needs. The only shoes I can wear for many hours without my feet aching.
