“Not really a European shoe”

“I am female with wide feet, men's size 8, and these in size 41 men's are perfect fit, however, they have absolutely no padding in the shoe and the sole is very hard, not made of rubber, but of a cheap PVC material. The shoes were good for my wide feet and extremely thick and sturdy leather, but because there is no padding, no arch support, certainly they would tire my feet if I were to try to walk more than a half mile in them. They are not made for walking long distances because the leather is not soft enough; not soft at all, and because they feel as hard as walking on cement while they are on.”
