    I bought my first pair of Josef Seibels 9 years ago. They became my favorite sandels immediately. When I finally wore them out 2 years ago, I was heartbroken. I purchased more form this site over the last few years and every pair has been wonderful. The fit is comfortable it is like not wearing anything.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    These sandals are true to length, but get more narrow as it goes toward the toes. I just can't get the front of my foot comfortably in all the way, it pulls out when I walk. I wear M-W width. I put them on a stretcher over the winter, but still too narrow.Also, I'm a nut for excellent quality (Italian shoes), these do not come close.

    The first time I wore the brown ones, I unexpectedly needed to walk quite a distance. In many shoes that would have been a disaster in the making. But not with these. I walked and walked and my feet felt great, with no chafing or tiredness. So impressed. I went back and purchased the black ones too. They have been my "go to" footwear this summer.
