    These are some of the most comfortable shoes I own, even right out of the box. They look kind of rough-and-ready (i.e., very casual) as-is, but with a coat of brown shoe polish they're great for office wear.

    Shoes seem to run larger than I expected (maybe the imprecision of converting US to EU shoe size). Seems to be well-made. I'm surprised however that the manufacturers of "Europe's Comfort Shoe" don't include more sole and collar cushioning. I'm content enough with the shoes; but they didn't knock my socks off.

    This is a great shoe, my feet are a little narrower than typical for men, so the shoe was just a little too wide, and a bit too long. The style and craftmaship were wonderful though, I was disappointed they did not fit my feet.
