Grate looking shoe very comfortable

I bought this for causal wear for travel. Need to look good and comfortable. 98% of my shoe collection is leather. This shoe is perfect. leather is high quality, no need to break it in I wore it right out the box, easy on and off at the check in. I am a 6.5 and order the 37...feels a little loose. Need to wear thicker socks.

These are very stylish shoes that fit well if you follow the STP sizing recommendation (I was really glad I did or they would have been too big!), but they truly lack adequate arch support and footbed cushioning - feel every little bump and stone on the sidewalk or street. I do quite a bit of walking and put a gel insole in them to reduce the impact and insole thiness after the first wearing I have wide feet and these shoes actually fit very well one size down when I purchased according to the STP sizing reccomendation. The brandy color with contrast stitching is very attractive.

My toes are happy with nice comfortable front. I can wear it everyday. Massaging bottom is great.

These shoes will go to work with me. I teach school in Seoul, Korea and walking to meet the taxi or subway and then teaching....they are comfortable all day!They are stylish and made for walking.

Unfortunately, this shoe is being discontinued. I have worn this shoe for several years and cannot describe the comfort it has given me. This is my 4th pair in brown, black, red and dk. brown. Even the shoe I have had for more than 5 yrs. are still in good shape and I wear them all through the winter months.

I am very happy about my shoes. I love the looks and the comfort. I love josef Seibel shoes, they are well made and wear well.

If you have worn other JS shoes you may be disappointed in this model's sizing and footbed. I have worn the Mary Jane/Paige style for over a year and love them, but the same size (41) in this Vanessa is way too tight over all. This is surprising because STP says half sizes should order DOWN. I would say EVERYONE should order UP. I usually wear US Womens 10 Med. and 41 in Birkenstocks but in this shoe I would need to try a 42 which, sadly, is not available. My feet are more wide than narrow although I've never owned a pair of wide sized shoes. I like a lot of wiggle room in my shoes. Warning: JS shoes are not all sized the same way, nor do they all have the same comfortable removable insole that the Mary Jane/Paige has. This one has a non-removable, thin bed on top of a hard, nubby surface. Maybe it's supposed to be massaging or stimulating to the soles of your feet. I haven't formed an opinion of this feature yet as I've only worn them sitting and lying down. I may wear them around the house and I've considered having them stretched but I don't know if it will help enough. They are attractive shoes, so if I had the correct fit, I'm sure I'd love them. I wanted something for winter that covers my foot better than a Mary Jane style, but I need room for thicker socks and these are tight even with thin socks. I wish they fit. I love the way they look.
