    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I really liked the color and style and always wear Josef Seibel shoes. In these shoes the toe cutout goes on off on an angle and the toe next to my pinkie on my right foot got rubbed raw. Now I will have to wear bandaids whenever I wear these and they won't be my first choice.

    These shoes are gorgeous. Beautifully made and a great color (bronze). Unfortunately, they run small - I am a 10 and the 40 was too short. Need to go up to the 41. I reordered because it was worth it to me to get a pair of these fabulous and fabulously comfortable shoes.

    I have now bought 4, yes 4, pairs of this shoe in three different colors for my daughter who has two preschoolers. She loves to look stylish but needs to be comfortable. This shoe fits the bill. This "gold" color is not shiny and looks more pewter with a black cast in person. Looks good, feels good.

    I was very happy when these arrived. They are very soft and cushy, and quite nice-looking. These shoes are always so expensive, even on sale, so when the discount went deeper, I decided to go for it. I am glad I can now see for myself the quality of this brand.
