“Disappointed”

“As a mom of two small children, I wanted a shoe that I can slide on without having to choose between lots of options to suit my attire. I spent a lot of time looking for the right shoe, and ordered these because they looked long-lasting, attractive, comfortable and appropriate for many different settings. Upon arrival, they were attractive, comfortable and fit well. However, after wearing for 3 or 4 hours in my backyard in a very non-physical environment I realized the permanent buckle became detached. Frustrating, as it was my first Sierra Trading Post purchase, and I rarely shop at all - especially online. I'm pretty disappointed since now I have to return them on my penny, and I'm not enthusiastic about taking more time to research something else.”
