No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“I liked these glasses with the builtin neck strap, however at least on the pair I had, the strap would easily pop out of the temple side rendering the retaining system useless. Nice glasses but the keeper design needs to be improved. It seemed certain if I wore them for any action sport I would loose them because of the undependable connection point between the strap and sunglasses.”
