“A fading and shrinking beauty”

“This item was beautiful when it arrived. However, I wanted to wash it before wearing it. Using cold water, swishing it around with some gentle lingerie soap, and drying it flat on a towel --resulted in an unwearable item. After one hand wash, this gown shrunk terribly and the color faded to a dark dark grey. It was disappointing given it was so pretty to start with... If you decide to order this item, perhaps order a size up so when it washes you can still fit into it.”
