    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I love silk things and buy them even when I have no need of yet another piece, especially from STP. This garment was a real disappointment and was returned. If I'd seen it in a store I'd never have considered it. Maybe I just don't like silk crepe. It did not look or feel anywhere as expensive as it supposedly retails for. Sorry, hate to give bad reports for anything Sierra handles 'cause I LUV them. I do have a couple other things by this brand and like them.

    This a beautiful and comfortable robe, made even more comfy by the addition of spandex. If this is their "Short" robe, how long is their long one? In my opinion it's long and long sleeved. I'm 5'9", and this "short" robe falls just a few inches above my ankles. I measured it at about 54 inches long. Whoever described it was short on braincells and/or measuring tape.

    I was somewhat skeptical about the "crepe" part, but that quickly disspated when I felt that luxurious material. It is not sheer, so you can't see through it (whew!) It is not thin material, either. However, it is cool enough as a coverup for warmer nights when my big Turkish cotton robe is simply too warm. It is exceptionally well made and a beautiful, classy design. I'm sure I'll have it for a long time.
