Overall I think they breath well, but have some hard plastic on the outside of the shoe (where the laces are and at end of toe box), which rub the foot, causing blisters. I would say these are good shoes for 6 miles or less, but beyond that, the rubbing is really painful.

I couldn't decide on the size (I wear between a 10 and 11) so got an 11. They were a bit too big. While they look cool, the tubes seemed really stiff, and not that comfortable. I returned them.
