I wear the Calais sunglasses and the whole world opens up in HD! At 56 years old with cataracts, I can use the sunglasses with instant comfort and stylish too! Hollywood Baby at my age I get a second look...no joke.

I have tried several pairs of polarized sunglasses, including Smiths and Oakleys. This is my first pair of Kaenons and I am not going back! The clarity of vision is incomparably better than with the other brands I have tried. The tint is quite strong yet it does not obstruct vision. When I first put on the glasses, I thought I would be returning them, as frankly, the frame is not the best shape for me. I look a little like I have just had a cataract surgery and am wearing those big funny glasses. But then I tested the glasses outside and I just loved how well I am able to see. The glasses are quite large, so I don't see the frames while wearing them. They don't fog up (most of the time) and the lenses don't touch my long eyelashes. I wear them every day.

Wanted for beach and driving. Too bad they aren't attractive. I have another pair by the same maker and I love them. I would buy this brand again.

This is our third pair of Kaenon, mail order glasses can be tricky, not with this brand. Expect high quality and great style, you'll know you're wearing great shades as soon as you put them on.

First, these are large sunglasses. These are not sleek wrap-around glasses. But, they look great!! I love big glasses but have always struggled with finding big glasses that were not too heavy and were comfortable to wear when active. Let's be honest most big glasses are made to sitting down and sipping a cocktail. I need something for snowshoeing, running and just bouncing around. These are it. Normally, I am a lens snob. I only wear glass lenses and the best at that - Costa Del Mar, Maui Jim, Oliver Peoples, etc. The Kaenon lenses have very good composite lenses, very clear with no noticable distortion. They are comfortable. The frames do not rest on my checks. So far I have not noticed any slipping. My eyelashes do not touch the lenses. These are all issues I have with my Maui Jim Rainbow sunglasses, which cost $300. In summary, the Calais is a great choice with a great price point (got mine for [$]!!) and they are stylish.
