    As others have commented, the sizing on this hat is baffling. I have a rather small head and the size medium was tiny on me. I had to exchange it for an XL as the L were sold out and that size is too big. Fortunately, it's a very nice-looking hat and I intend to wear my XL.

    Original order was too big, went down a size and it was fine. Excellent price I am sure this will be a great hat after it is worn in and weathered. I don't like the unfinished under side of the brim, but i don't plan on turning the brim up.

    The quality and thickness of the leather is less than previous Kakadu hats (before made in China). Of 3 hats I ordered - all xlge- 1 fits perfectly as in past, and the other two are much too large? Size and style I wanted not available (on clearance), so will have to stuff the band of the last one and wear it. I loved the previous Kakadu hats- not so happy with these.
