This jacket is great for those changes. It's got the grit of a work jacket with plenty of pockets for whatever. My 16 year old fashionista daughter loves it so I'm also wearing it to work (I'm a teacher) and it's great for early morning yard duty. Really works for me and it's nice that it draws in at the waist. I love the snaps in front. It's a winner
