“I have an extremely small head: I can wear a toddler size 4 hat. So I thought that I had found a gem in this small sized hat. When it arrived, it was not so much small as it was shallow. It would not stay on my head and was uncomfortable to wear and there was no way to adjust the size. I returned it.”
