I purchased this rug April 2013 and it has been down now for two seasons and it is beautiful. I take my vacuum out and vacuum it once a week(except when there is snow on it). I have shoveled it, it has gotten wet, dirty, wind blown and it stays in place. It is a very sturdy rug!!!!! The size is great as well!

I have not even opened up the wrapping, cannot comment on the item itself. The delivery truck driver left a message last week saying that he cannot get into our street. Rescheduled for today so that I can stay home and help him find his way into the neighborhood Construction trucks have no problem going in our neighborhood. The item was delivered in a trailer truck. The driver today again told me that he does not feel comfortable driving into neighborhoods. So I met him on the main road at a church parking lot. He is a polite man but his truck was huge and the item came out from the truck covered in greasy dirt. I was able to bring it home only because I have a van, which now needs a heavy duty cleaning to wash the tar off the seats. The rug would not fit in a sedan. I also needed to unload it by myself after I brought it home before I go to pick up my kids from school. My clothes are as black and tarry as the wrap now. So, unless you live on the main road, or have a truck and time to meet the delivery person asap when they are in your neighborhood and ready to carry the item that is too big and heavy for UPS ground by yourself , do not buy this item. Extra 75 dollars delivery charge did not bring any solution to these problems.

I haven't put this rug in place yet, but we are thrilled with the texture and color combo of the Blue Vines Kaleen Taos rug. I bought 2 of the same rug to cover the floor in our 18 x 9 porch. These seem quite suitable.

You can't tell from the online pictures, but it's a remarkably beautiful rug. It's currently sitting under my dining room table, protecting my vintage hardwood floor from spills and scuffs. Shipping is $75, so it's quite a gamble to purchase online. It came rolled up and packaged in a plastic sleeve rather than in a box. There were some punctures in the plastic and the whole thing was covered in a layer of dirt. The delivery man warned me to leave the plastic packaging outside because it was so dirty. Since there were three tears in the plastic, the rug has some dirty spots, but it's on the back of the rug. Honestly, I'm so pleased that it's beautiful and functional, that I don't mind too much.
