I immediately put them on and have been wearing them now for hours! They fit like a glove and are very much true to size. I have a wider foot and there is plenty of room in the toe box. They are cute...love the cut out detail! Those that are not familiar with Earth shoes, they have a "negative" heel, so they look a slightly "different" look. They are very comfortable and I do not see any break-in time. The back strap is comfortable and has elastic. I have a high arch and instep. The strap has a velcro closure. Due to my high instep, the velcro is exposed about 3/8" on the side of the shoe, but, there is plenty of catch otherwise and they feel secure. These shoes feel stable when I walk. One of my better purchases. Highly recommended!

The only thing I would change is the velcro closure, which I imagine will wear out. Otherwise, the shoes are warm and well cushioned. I've walked miles in them already. The negative heel technology feels fantastic! -

Used to have terrible pain and swelling on the balls of my feet if I stood for long periods of time, but this brand alleviates that. I can stand on concrete floors for hours with no pain at all. Love this brand.

They have the open back feel but the strap keeps you from scrunching your toes (which is why I think they stopped making slides). The toe box is wide and nicely styles and they are cute as hell. I could walk for miles in these.

I needed a shoe for work where I am standing on my feet all day. This shoe is it. One half size smaller than my regular size was just right. Leather is soft and the foot bed is incredibly comfortable.
