I am trying to relearn a heel to toe step, have apparently been doing a runners walk (on the pads of the feet)for years, and had nearly ruined my feet. The negative heel allows me to walk much longer without pain, and hopefully my feet will learn to walk normally again!
Cons: Fixed Straps Tight
Pros: Good 4 Runners Walk, Individual Adjustments, My Feet Do Not Hurt
