Closeouts. Just consider Kamik's Alexandra boots the fashionable cousin of your beloved rain boots -- the waterproof rubber foot keeps toes nice and dry, and the fleece-lined shaft supplies as much style as it does warmth.

This boot is a perfect mix between rain boot and winter boot. In Philly it always seems to rain and snow in the same storm system, so waterproof boots are key. This is waterproof like a rainboot, but the fleece lining make it warm enough for the mild winter temps. I'm looking forward to using these through the spring.
On the fit: I sized up from my 6.5 to 7 and they fit great! The shaft of the boot is quite narrow compared to most boots - To give you an idea, it fits my size 0 non athletic calves with only an inch or so to spare.
A shout out to Sierra Trading Post Costumer Service: My boots were supposed to be delivered via UPS during their recent holiday shipping fiasco. According to UPS tracking they had attempted delivery twice during the week but failed to ring my door bell or leave a package slip for me to sign. To make matters worse according to UPS, only the shipper could change the delivery type (from drop off to pick up at the UPS Center). So I got online, chatted with a lovely STP rep who contacted UPS, and changed my delivery request to pick up so I could pick them up at the UPS site. When UPS said my boots wouldn't be ready for pick up until 4 days later (I didn't know it takes 4 days to get a package off a UPS truck) - STP again came to the rescue, contacted UPS on my behalf, and I picked up my boots from the UPS center the next morning! Thanks STP!!

I have lots of snow around me -- these keep the wet out and look cute in the process. I like them much more than I thought I would. It took a couple of times putting them on to figure out how to quickly zip them up. Now that I've got it down, I'm so happy to have them.

The boot itself appears to be well made and is as described.
However I'm 5'1" with athletic calves and had no choice but to return them due to the narrow opening and shaft. I also ordered a half size up as others suggested, but I wound up with extra room in the feet and not enough in the calf! Perhaps for someone taller and with leaner legs.

They are really cute, but run a half to a full size bigger. After wearing a couple of times I noticed one buckle is shiny and the other is not. Too late to return them but check them well before you wear them.

I wear these boots to watch my children play soccer - so I'm standing on the sidelines (sometimes in muddy or wet grass) - they are perfect. They look stylish for gumboots - I've had heaps of comments about them! Only downside is that they are a little hard to get into and out of ... but I can live with that! Have worn them for hours and they have been really comfortable.

although these boots are attractive, they are hard to get into, uncomfortable to wear all day, and the buckle keeps moving around. I'm undecided about recommending them. they are cute and I have had compliments on them. If you wear them for short periods of time they would be fine.

Cons: Buckles move around, Difficult Entry & Exit, Not Comfortable
