“Good but not perfect”

“These are good boots - they are warm and waterproof, BUT they are not perfect. The elasticated lacing system isn't really capable of holding your foot secure, so when you walk your foot slides back and forth, no matter how tight you have them cinched up. Eventually this leads to your socks being worked off, which gets annoying very quickly! If you want these for standing around in the cold waiting for game to appear (such as in a deer stand) they are great, but if you intend using them to go in search of your quarry, they are not so good!”
