Kamik Brooklyn Winter Boots - Waterproof (For Women)

Great for the ski resort and snow tubing. My feet stayed warm and dry the whole time !

These arrived just before we here in the Pacific Northwest were hit with a week long snow and ice storm. I couldn't have been more pleased with how these kept my feet dry and warm, allowing me to play for hours in the snow all week! The only time their waterproof abilities were compromised is when the snow turned to slushy pools of water several inches deep. Only when stepping in these repeatedly did the shoes start to get wet. True to size.

I am a 6.5 and I ordered the 7. I was hesitant to order them worrying that they would be too small but then I looked on another site and no one said they were too small. The 7 are just about perfect. I only wore a thin wool and thick wool sock with them. I wore them out in the snow and my (notoriously cold) feet stayed warm and dry. They also had good traction. I never slipped once. I just told my mom to buy some because so far they appear to be a great deal!

I just got these boots last week. While we haven't had snow yet (Mass.) we have had very cold weather (in the teens) and I tested them outside and my feet remained toasty warm! they are very cute (I ordered the white/gray color) and versatile (can wear them to work under jeans, shoveling my driveway, or showshoeing). Would definitely recomment. I wear a 9 1/2 usually, and ordered a 10, they fit great! I only rated them a 4 of 5 because I havent been able to test them in the snow, so not sure if I'd go that extra start just yet...

I haven't had the boots for too long yet (and we haven't really had snow for me to test them) but so far so good. I did notice some pressure spots from the creased material, however that could just be a matter of breaking them in. Other than that, they seem pretty comfortable.

I work outside and the first day that I wore these boots it was the test of whether I would keep them or not. It was a very cold wintery day. I avoided no puddles of water or drifted snow. I was out side for several hours and my feet did stay very warm. I sloshed through water to see if my feet stayed dry. No water at all inside. Looks like I will continue to wear these and trust I will be warm and dry inside. The size seems true and roomy, not tight.

Runs a bit small, but I think it will be fine. Just have to wear them a bit and time will tell. A bit heavier than I'd anticipated, but hopefully that will contribute to keeping my feet warm!

I got these boots because they were really cheap, attractive and comfort rated to -40 degrees. I was a little worried because they were so cheap, I thought they might also be cheaply made but I was wrong! These boots are amazing! The best value I have ever found for boots. They are very warm, comfy and attractive. I ordered one size larger than my normal size so I can wear them with heavy wool socks. Other than that, I think they are fairly true to size, perhaps run slightly small due to the fluffy insulation. I plan to wear them in the snow, shoveling, walking, sledding and snow blowing. I think they will be perfect for that. I really can't see anything wrong with these boots.

My 14 year old took them out of the box and instantly loved them! The light gray color is a nice change from the usual black or dark brown. They fit her perfectly as well.
