    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I don't feel like a 3 is an accurate rating because these shoes seem like they would be great if they fit my foot a bit better. They are warm and seem like they are sturdily built. However they cut across the top of my foot and the heel crushes when you put them on. Maybe the opening needs to be just slightly larger. Will be sending back.

    I bought this shoe to wear as a slipper to keep my feet toasty - it DOES. I also wear this on days when I need to work in an office that never seems to warm up and my feet usually freeze all day and then never warm up. These shoes keep my feet toasty warm. The red is a great color and goes well with wine colored top and jeans. I LOVE this shoe and am very happy I bought it.
