“I bought them in August for a monthlong trip to Sri Lanka - they were great in the rainforest and in the rain on muddy dirt roads. They are PVC and are very flexible, so not a lot of support as stated but packed easily and held up well. I was worried about the color (coral/dark pinkish), but my son loves them. Shorter than I expected but still go up almost mid-calf. He wears them here in SoCal as soon as it looks like rain. Great for wet weather as long as it is not too cold. They run big, but what a deal - for the price it looks like I will get two seasons out of them.”
