Kamik is a really good brand that I have purchased in the past for my kids, so I had no reservations in buying this brand online. The fit is maybe a little small, but it's kind of hard to tell with kids who grow like weeds. My daughter loves the look, and I can trust that they will be warm enough for our upper midwestern winters.

Fantastic Boots for a Southern Wisconsin kid. We love these boots.
They support daily hikes in the winter snow, snow-mobiling, and general all-day snow play. My daughters only complaint is the thickness of the sole, which she feels make them a little bit heavy to walk in. I am assuming this is the trade off for warmth? All the boots she has had in the past were shearling (lighter and warm); after one season we will replace the liners and keep going, the outers will support multiple seasons; but for DAILY play which is rigorous like ours the inners will need to be replaced more often.
We wear our boots outs....so don't let this scare you. If you want warm boots these are nearly perfect.

Question
“I'm confused with these sizes. Will a size 2 in this fit my daughter who is 9? Her foot is approx 6-7 inches. I know with kids sizes there are baby sizes and they go up to size 13 and then start over at size 1. I'm assuming these are the bigger sizes for these boots.|Kelly”
