“I decided to buy these boots after reading all of the great reviews. Well, I will have to agree with those reviews. I had to purchase new boots after getting custom orthotics. Having recently purchased new expensive boots at the beginning of the summer, I was not looking forward to spending a lot of money. With the price of these boots you cannot go wrong. I have done two lengthy hikes in these boots. On the first occasion I felt a small pinch were the toe bends on my left foot, but with a little more walking it soon disappeared. On the decent I felt an area rubbing on my inside ankle bone, I adjusted the tongue of the boot and felt no more rubbing for the rest of the hike. For the entire summer I had been wearing big band aids on my heals to prevent blisters. WIth these boots it was not necessary at all! I am really happy with my purchase! I wear a 6 to 6.5, bought size 7 and they fit nicely with heavy socks and orthotics.”
